LIPOSOMES AS CARRIER FOR ECHINOCHROME
Sea urchin pigment echinochrome (6-ethyl-2,3,5,7,8-pentahydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone) (Ech) is a natural bioactive compound with many health-promoting benefits. However, its poor water solubility and bioavailability has limited biomedical application. The inclusion of Ech in complexes with kappacarrageenan (CRG) decreased its oxidative degradation and improved its solubility. In the present study, we used CRG as matrixes for Ech and encapsulated Ech/CRG in into liposomes. Ech did not oxidize and retain stability after the encapsulation in liposomes. According of obtained dates the entrapment efficiency of the Ech in the liposome was 46 %. The lyophilization process did not violate the native form of Ech. The size distribution and ζ-potential of the developed liposomes with and without Ech were determined.

Transmitting information without an individual material carrier
The present article deals with the semantic and functional characteristics of a zero sign, which represents a significant and apprehended absence of some symbol in the context, where it was or should be under the mandatory conditions for the existence of this environment. Its characteristics have not been properly described in scientific works, th erefore the study, based on the meth ods of semantic, distr ibutive a nd communicative analysis, survey and comparison of the features of different units, aimed at filling the gap in the interpretation of types of language units, seems to be a current matter of interest. The authors use the term zero sign to denote a unit that does not have an external form, performs special functions, and is actively represented in various cultural spheres.
