Given the role of the structure of morbidity and infant mortality in the present congenital heart defects are one of the important problems of Pediatrics. Analysis of literature data allows us to conclude that the main focus of the medical service are to prevent the birth of children with congenital heart disease, promote healthy lifestyles, rehabilitation of chronic foci of infection, identifying risk groups, ultrasound screening, medical and genetic counseling, organization of medical events emergency care, and rehabilitative interventions. All these factors will improve prognosis and reduce mortality and disability.
